ALWAYS
ASKING
WHY.

I’m Israel Imasuen, a project manager and data analyst in Nigeria. I write about the decisions, people and technology that shape how work gets done.

Curious by nature. Grounded in execution.

My work has taken me from building websites and business portals to managing projects and working with data. Across those different settings, I keep coming back to the same question: how do we make this useful for the people involved?

This journal is where I explore that question through project delivery, better decisions and the way technology changes our work. I’m especially interested in what the numbers leave out: context, judgement and the people who have to make things happen.

Expect practical observations, questions I’m still working through and lessons worth sharing. I hope something here helps you see your own work a little more clearly.
